Scope of Work
What's included in every PM visit
- Inspection report
- Grease change
- Retightening bolts
- Backup and storage of robot program
- Cleaning of controller heat exchanger
- Standard exterior visual and damage checks
- Mechanical unit cable damage check
- Teach pendant and cable visual checks
- Re-torquing of end effector bolts
- General cleaning of splatters and dust
- Replacing mechanical unit batteries
- Replacing controller batteries
- Greasing J6 reducer
- Replacing J1-J5 grease
What to Expect
Preventative maintenance usually takes 1 day (up to 2) per robot, depending on the size and condition of the robot. During this process, any hardware that requires replacement or immediate attention outside the scope above will be quoted to you separately. A full service and maintenance report is delivered following the completion of maintenance.

Per-robot pricing for FANUC industrial robots
Multi-robot discount: Save $500 per robot on every additional robot included in the same PM order.
Example: 3 medium-payload robots = $4,500 × 3, minus $500 × 2 additional robots = $12,500 instead of $13,500.

Preventative maintenance scheduled at a facility within 50 miles of Houston, Texas, has no travel expenses billed. For facilities outside the Houston area, travel expenses are billed at cost.

All additional charges including travel, transportation, food, rental car, hotel, and fuel are billed at cost, including travel days. Food expenses on travel and hotel stays are reimbursed up to $60 per day. Any additional hardware needed is billed at cost. Invoices are issued every two weeks or 80 hours of on-site time, whichever comes first, with payment terms net 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon.
